The Teacher's Crate guarantees your complete satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. Examine products very carefully when you receive them. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, call us within 60 days to arrange for the return of the unused product, in its original packaging and we will gladly provide you with a credit or exchange.

Returns/Refund 

If you do find it necessary to return an item for any reason, please allow us to assist you by emailing customer service at info@theteacherscrate.com. Merchandise must be in unused, re-sellable, new condition and have been purchased within the previous 60 days. Books are non-returnable. Pre-paid or Renewed The Teacher's Crate™ subscriptions are not eligible for refunds or returns. Returns/Refunds that are the result of a customer ordering error will be subject to a restocking fee plus freight charges. To avoid this situation, our customer service department will be happy to answer any questions regarding our merchandise prior to shipping. Refunds are subject to a $5 transaction fee. This transaction fee can be given back on any return subscribers! If you're looking to re-join our subscription service and have had a restocking fee, please contact us and we'll help set up a $5 off discount to your next Crate.
