Make an account on our website! Choose between a 1 month, 3 month, 6 month or 1 year recurring plan. Receive your crate goods every month delivered straight to your door!
The Teacher’s Crate currently ships across Canada and the United States. We use Canada Post or USPS as our couriers.
Crates are sent out toward the end of each month! As long as you sign up before the 20th you will receive that month’s crate. If you sign up after the 20th, you will receive the next month’s crate! ** We may sell out prior to the 20th! If you order once we've sold out your box will be pushed into our next month's crate!**
Shipping is free! The Teacher’s Crate Subscribers need not worry about freight costs! Available only to US. Shipping to Canada is $10.00
You will be billed as soon as you sign up and will be billed again once your package (1mo/3mo/6mo/1year) is up. We bill on the 1st of the month for our WEARABLES Crate and the 6th of the month for our ORIGINAL Crate.
PLEASE NOTE: If you sign up for the crate before the 20th of that Month you will be billed again on the 1st or 6th again for the next month's crate (depending on your selected Subscription box).
Of course! You can cancel any time during your subscription period. Your package will be sent until it ends and you will not be billed again. Prepaid subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. Please cancel PRIOR to your next billing day to avoid refund and cancellation fees. If you cancel your box after you receive your renewal email, you will still receive that month's Crate.
Your crate will contain 6 items or more and be valued at $55 or more! Each item is a surprise! Our Wearables Crate contains 1 monthly Teacher Tee and fun pair of our Teacher Crate exclusive socks or another wearable item!
We do our best each month to keep up with order volume, however sometimes we do run out of certain items before we are able to send out all crates. We may replace some items with items of equal or greater value if we do run out of stock.
At The Teacher’s Crate we always want to make sure your items arrive safe and sound. Please contact us immediately at info@theteacherscrate.com and we will fix the problem ASAP!
Once shipped your crate should arrive in 3–5 days and internationally up to 7-9 days if it has been longer then 10 days please contact us at info@theteacherscrate.com and we will find the status of your crate.
Depending on when ordered, it should take 30 days to arrive. We only ship once per month. Each month you will receive an order confirmation that we've got your successful renewal and are preparing your Crate! Later that same month, we send out our shipping notification e-mail. This e-mail will let you know your box is shipped and provide you with tracking number(s). PLEASE NOTE: If you did not receive your e-mail for your order confirmation immediately after purchase, you may have entered your email wrong. Please reach out to us anytime if this is the case and we will help fix this for you!
The box that keeps on giving! Your classroom teacher will thank you and so do we! However, our boxes are intended as a subscription box service and must be cancelled if you wish to stop receiving the boxes. If purchased as a gift for someone special you must still click cancel in your account page. Please use the email you signed up with to cancel the subscription at any time. All boxes will still be shipped regardless of cancellation.
